India, Sept. 22 -- Tenthpin was founded in 2017. Looking back, what has been the journey from those early days to a company of more than 600 people?

It has been an exciting journey. We have had many great opportunities and also many challenges along the way. Some of those challenges eventually turned into opportunities. COVID-19 was one example. At the beginning, everybody in our industry was afraid of what would happen, but ultimately it changed the way we conduct business.

For a small company, that was actually an opportunity to grow further. We had a great team and a very clear focus. When we started in 2017, we had around 15 to 20 people at maximum. Since then, apart from one year in 2023, we have continued to grow.
