Singapore, July 7 -- Lotus Pharmaceutical, a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Taiwan, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Alvogen Korea has commenced distribution of Uro-Vaxom(R) in South Korea, as part of the commercial transition under Lotus' previously announced agreement with OM Pharma to acquire the product rights in South Korea. OM Pharma is a global biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.

As part of the commercial transition arrangements under the agreement, Alvogen Korea assumed responsibility for the distribution of Uro-Vaxom(R). The transfer of the marketing authorisation to Alvogen Korea is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
