Singapore, Oct. 15 -- PurMinds Enterprises, Inc. (formerly Pacific Software, Inc.) has announced the signing of a collaboration agreement with SpectroChip Inc., a Taiwan-based developer of photonic-chip sensing and portable testing technologies, and Kaohsiung Municipal Siaogang Hospital, operated by Kaohsiung Medical University, to support teaching, research, and clinical validation of point-of-care (POC) diagnostic technologies and testing solutions.

The collaboration brings together SpectroChip's photonic chip-based portable testing technology, PurMinds' SwiftLabTM Platform and precision-medicine solutions, and Siaogang Hospital's clinical research capabilities.
