Singapore, Oct. 12 -- Australia-based Firebrick Pharma has secured firm commitments from strategic investors for approximately $732k, through the placement of approximately 20.9 million fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.035 (3.5 cents) per share.

The investment was anchored by the company's licensing partner in the Philippines through Pharma Nutria N.A. Inc., a member of the S. V. More Group of Companies. The PN-NA investment was $631,750, which increases PN-NA's holding in Firebrick to just over 10%.
