India, July 9 -- Security arrangements have been significantly strengthened at the revered Mahavir Temple in Patna to ensure transparency in the counting of devotees donations, following allegations of embezzlement at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

According to officials of the Shri Mahavir Mandir Nyas Samiti, enhanced monitoring measures have been put in place in the temple donation counting room. The facility is now under continuous CCTV surveillance, and strict instructions have been issued to prevent entry of any unauthorised persons during the counting process.
