Patna, April 10 -- New Delhi, April 10 (BiharTimes): In a landmark political development, Nitish Kumar on Friday took oath as a Member of the Rajya Sabha, formally marking the end of his nearly two-decade-long tenure at the helm of Bihar and setting the stage for a new leadership chapter in the state.
The oath was administered by C. P. Radhakrishnan during a brief ceremony held in his chamber in New Delhi. Welcoming Kumar to the Upper House, the Chairman also noted his return to Parliament, underlining his long-standing role in national politics.
