Bangladesh, Aug. 17 -- Three journalists have been ordered to appear before the International Crimes Tribunal in a new case over crimes against humanity committed during the July Uprising.

They are Shyamal Dutta, Mozammel Babu and Farzana Rupa. The three have been asked to appear before the International Crimes Tribunal-2 bench on Aug 24.

On Monday, a single bench of International Crimes Tribunal-2 Member Judge Md Manjurul Basit passed the order after hearing an application by the prosecution.
