Dhaka, June 26 -- Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman is in talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on the final day of his state visit.

The meeting began at 10am local time on Friday at the presidential office inside at the Great Hall of the People, said Tarique's Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman.

Earlier in the morning, Tarique laid a wreath at the Monument to the People's Heroes at Tiananmen Square at 9:15am alongside his delegation.

Later in the day he is scheduled to meet National People's Congress Standing Committee Chairman Zhao Leji at the Great Hall and visit a Chinese museum.

The prime minister and his delegation are due to leave Beijing at 5pm local time and are expected to land in Dhaka at 7pm...
