Dhaka, June 24 -- Prime Minister Tarique Rahman is on his way to the Chinese capital of Beijing.

After attending the 17th annual World Economic Forum (WEF) "Meeting of the New Champions" conference in China's Dalian, the prime minister departed by high-speed train at 1:57pm on Wednesday, accompanied by his wife Zubaida Rahman, said his Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman.

The WEF is known as the "summer-time Davos" and was held at the Dalian International Conference Centre.

The session was also attended by Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang, South Korean Prime Minister Kim Min-seok, Kazakhstan Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov, Mongolian Prime Minister Uchral Nyam-Osor, Montenegro Prime Minister Milojko Spajić and Guinea Prim...
