Dhaka, June 15 -- Students can expect to receive their 2027 textbooks before Christmas in 2026, Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon has said.

He made the announcement during the inauguration of the Primary Education Competition at the Government Physical Education College ground in Mohammadpur on Monday.

"The books have been revised, and the curriculum has undergone significant changes. God willing, we will be able to introduce a new curriculum and syllabus in 2028. Secondary-level textbooks have already been revised. We are introducing new books for four subjects," he said.
