Dhaka, June 11 -- Shwapno, Bangladesh's leading retail chain, has organised a special initiative to spread the joy of the mango season among underprivileged communities.

The programme titled "Shwapno Mango Festival" was held at the TNT Field in Mohakhali on Wednesday, according a media statement.

As part of the initiative, fresh and ripe mangoes were distributed among "people from disadvantaged backgrounds, allowing them to enjoy one of the country's most loved seasonal fruits".

The event brought together community members in a warm and festive atmosphere, creating moments of happiness and connection, as per the statement.
