Dhaka, May 12 -- A Dhaka court has rescheduled the hearing on charge framing against Salman F Rahman, former private industry affairs advisor to ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina, and former law minister Anisul Huq in a case filed under the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act.

Judge Sabbir Faiz of the Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court set Jun 21 as the new date for the hearing on Tuesday, following petitions for time from the defence lawyers.

According to Riaz Hossain, a bench assistant at the court, both Salman and Anisul were produced before the court today for the scheduled hearing.
