Dhaka, Oct. 27 -- A technical glitch has suspended the power supply to some areas of Dhaka and Chattogram.

A notice sent by the Power Division on Tuesday said that work is under way to restore the power on an emergency basis.

Connections have already been restored in most areas, it added.

The power supply is expected to be restored in the rest of the affected areas in a very short time.
