Bangladesh, Sept. 9 -- A man named Fakir Alamgir has been killed in a fight stemming from a dispute over sweeping a shop at the Sayedabad Bus Terminal in Jatrabari, Dhaka.

The incident took place on Tuesday morning in front of the office of the terminal's bus owners' association office.

Alamgir hailed from Aliganj in Hajiganj Upazila of Chandpur. He lived with his family in the Karatitola area of Sayedabad in Dhaka. At night, he worked as an assistant on a newspaper delivery vehicle. During the day, he sold sherbet from a van and also helped at his wife's Khichuri and Roti shop. The couple have four children.
