Dhaka, April 6 -- Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has met with Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka Pranay Kumar Verma.

The meeting occurred at the Prime Minister's Office in the Secretariat a 9:30am on Monday, according to Press Secretary Abu Abdullah M Saleh.

He said, "The Indian high commissioner has paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Tarique Rahman."

"The prime minister spoke to the high commissioner on the bilateral relationship and development."

Foreign Minister Khalilur Rahman and the Prime Minister's Foreign Affairs Advisor Humayun Kabir also attended the meeting.
