Bangladesh, July 17 -- Local Government Minister Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has alleged that the opposition is trying to use the July Uprising as a tool to return to power.

Speaking at an event at the National Press Club on Friday, he said the BNP does not want July to become just another political instrument for capturing power.
