Dhaka, Feb. 26 -- In a major shake-up of the Bangladesh Army's top brass, Lt Gen Mohammad Shaheenul Haque has been appointed as the new quarter master general (QMG).
The latest reshuffle sees new leadership at the National Defence College (NDC), the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), and the Logistics Area, alongside the appointment of a new adjutant general.
This follows a broader reorganisation of top-tier posts, including the chief of general staff (CGS), the principal staff officer (PSO) of the Armed Forces Division, and the director general of the DGFI. The previous reshuffle came on Feb 22.
