Dhaka, March 18 -- Bangladesh's main Eid prayer congregation will be held at the National Eidgah grounds at 8:30am.
Mufti Muhammad Abdul Malek, khatib of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, will lead the prayer service, while the Islamic Foundation's Mufassir Dr Maulana Md Abu Saleh Patwary will be his alternate, according to a statement issued on Wednesday.
Five other congregations will be held at the national mosque in phases on Eid day - at 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, and 10:45am.
