Dhaka, March 28 -- The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has indicated that light to moderate rain may occur in some areas across all divisions.

In its Saturday morning bulletin, the forecaster said, from 9am, isolated showers accompanied by gusty winds and thunder are possible in Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Mymensingh, Chattogram, and Sylhet divisions.

Meteorologist AKM Nazmul Haque told bdnews24.com, "[On Saturday], the 28th [of March], and [Sunday], the 29th, rain is likely in different parts of the country.

"Scattered showers may occur in one or two places [on Saturday], particularly in Rajshahi and Sylhet divisions. However, by afternoon, evening, or night, rainfall may spread to multiple places nationwide...
