Dhaka, Oct. 3 -- A progressive teachers' body of public universities has paid tribute to bdnews24.com Editor-in-Chief Toufique Imrose Khalidi, saying the vacuum his death leaves in the media world will be hard to fill.

In a condolence message on Saturday, the Bangladesh Public University Progressive Teachers' Society prayed for the salvation of his departed soul and extended sympathy to his family.
