Dhaka, Oct. 10 -- The death of Toufique Imrose Khalidi remains hard to believe for Local Government Minister Abdul Moyeen Khan.

Even as he came to pay his final respects, Khalidi's face made him feel the journalist was still alive.

Moyeen joined friends, family, colleagues and well-wishers at the funeral prayer for the late editor-in-chief and publisher of bdnews24.com at Banani's Old DOHS playground on Saturday.

"I did not come here to say anything, and doing so is very difficult," he said.

Recalling their relationship, Moyeen said they first met through bdnews24.com, and their acquaintance eventually "turned into friendship".
