Dhaka, June 18 -- The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) has held a two-day international conference on higher education quality and transformation.

The event, titled "International Conference on Innovation, Excellence and Quality for Transformation in Higher Education (THE 2026)", was held from Jun 12-13, 2026 at IUB.

"The event brought together academicians, policymakers, university leaders, accreditation authorities, and quality assurance professionals from Bangladesh and abroad," the university said in a press release.
