Bangladesh, Sept. 2 -- The government is working to resolve the ongoing gas crisis, and the situation is expected to improve within one to one-and-a-half weeks, says Ruhul Kabir Rizvi.

The prime minister's political advisor and BNP acting secretary general made the remarks in response to questions from the media at an event on Wednesday.

He said, "There was a technical fault at the gas terminal in Moheshkhali, but it has now been fixed. Once the gas is replenished there, you will see that the supply will become fully operational within one to one-and-a-half weeks, In Sha Allah, and the gas crisis will be resolved."
