Dhaka, April 15 -- The government is going to form a "special cell" under the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) to prevent violence against women and children, particularly cyberbullying and online harassment, Information and Broadcasting Advisor Zahed Ur Rahman has said.

On Wednesday, he said the cell would be set up "very soon" and would focus on taking prompt and effective action against different forms of abuse and online harassment targeting women.
