Dhaka, July 30 -- The government has appointed 86 deputy attorneys general and 179 assistant attorneys general, cancelling all previous appointments in a sweeping overhaul of the state's legal team.

The Law and Justice Division announced the fresh appointments in separate notifications on Thursday.
