Dhaka, March 1 -- Bangladesh missions in six Middle East countries have issued urgent safety advisories for expatriates to remain vigilant and stay away from military installations as the US and Israel attack Iran and Tehran retaliates.

The embassies in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Lebanon, Qatar, Iraq, Kuwait, and Bahrain issued separate notices on Saturday, urging citizens to prioritise their safety as regional tensions reached a boiling point.

The advisories follow reports that a Bangladeshi worker was injured during a drone attack at Kuwait International Airport.
