Dhaka, May 13 -- The government is planning to ensure students complete 10 years of schooling on time and sit for Secondary School Certificate (SSC), Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations without delays.

Speaking at Dhaka Residential Model College on Wednesday, Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon said a meeting later in the day to ensure students remain on track by covering the syllabus and streamlining exam dates.

He told students the goal was to keep SSC exams within 10 years of schooling and HSC exams within 12 years, ensuring no academic backlog delays their studies.
