Dhaka, Sept. 22 -- BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT) has hosted the opening ceremony of the 12th Belt and Road International Cultural and Art Week in Dhaka, bringing together representatives from Bangladesh and China.

The event, titled "Interwoven Civilizations", was held on Tuesday to celebrate cultural heritage and strengthen educational and cultural cooperation between the two countries, according to a press re;ease.

The ceremony opened with a display showcasing the heritage of traditional Bangladeshi textiles and clothing, highlighting the country's craftsmanship and cultural identity.
