Dhaka, June 10 -- Finance Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury has said the national budget for 2026-27 fiscal year will include measures aimed at restoring public confidence in the banking sector.

He said the budget will provide policy directions for curbing inflation, generating employment, boosting investment, and ensuring the welfare of disenfranchised members of society.
