Dhaka, March 27 -- The ruling BNP has called a parliamentary meeting on Saturday.
It is to be held at 4pm at the national parliament building's government party meeting room, according to the Parliament Secretariat's Public Relation Wing.
BNP Member of Parliament (MP) Sakhawat Hasan Jibon said, "A parliamentary party meeting has been called on Saturday. It will begin at 4pm."
After taking their oaths, the BNP decided at its first parliamentary meeting that members would not accept duty-free cars or plots. The second meeting was chaired by Prime Minister and Party Chairman Tarique Rahman before the appointments of the speaker and deputy speaker.
