Dhaka, May 6 -- The Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) will hold public hearings on May 20 and 21 on proposals to revise electricity tariffs at wholesale, transmission and retail levels.
A notice issued by the commission on Wednesday said Bangladesh Power Development Board (PDB) has proposed changes to both wholesale and retail electricity prices.
Proposals from distribution companies are also under review.
