Dhaka, March 31 -- The government has been considering whether to opt for both "online and in-person" classes at schools in consideration of the global fuel crisis, says Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon.
However, he said that the issue of taking online classes would be discussed at a cabinet meeting and a decision will be made there.
He spoke to the media after a meeting with Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Tuesday morning at the Secretariat.
He said, "We have discussed that online education should be promoted.. We will present a proposal on it in the cabinet meeting. Then it will be discussed in the cabinet and a decision will be taken."
