Dhaka, July 2 -- Police have moved a court to show former chief justice ABM Khairul Haque arrested for his alleged connection with an attempted murder and the use of explosives to disperse protesters in Dhaka's Mohakhali during the July Uprising.

Dhaka's Additional Chief Metropolitan Md Sefatullah set Jul 6 to hear the petition moved by Banani Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Saiful Islam, also the investigating officer, on Thursday, said Prosecution Police SI Moktar Hossain.
