Dhaka, March 6 -- The Bangladesh Embassy in Bahrain has advised expatriates to stay cautious amid the ongoing Middle East conflict.

On Thursday, the embassy said in a notice that the security situation in several Middle Eastern countries has recently become tense, making it necessary for Bangladeshi nationals living in Bahrain to exercise "maximum caution".

It asked everyone to refrain from recording videos or taking photographs of any military activity, security operations or sensitive incidents.
