Dhaka, Oct. 5 -- The Rajshahi University administration has announced that it will file a case over an attack on journalists and students on its campus.

Journalists assigned to the university called off a protest around midnight on Sunday after assurances that the case would be filed by Monday.

However, the journalists say they are undeterred from several of their demands, which include calls for the arrest of the perpetrators, their expulsion, and the resignation of relevant administration officials.
