Dhaka, Oct. 7 -- Gas supply will remain suspended for 10 hours in several areas of Dhaka, including Mirpur, Agargaon and Shyamoli, on Thursday for emergency repairs to gas pipelines.

The Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company announced in a notice on Wednesday that residential, commercial and CNG customers in the affected areas will have no gas from 10am to 8pm on Thursday.

The affected areas are Agargaon, the western parts of Taltola, Shewrapara, Kazipara and Mirpur-10, as well as Mirpur-1, Paikpara, Shyamoli, Mirpur 60 Feet and Pirerbagh.

Gas supply will also be suspended on the right-hand side of the road from Kallyanpur towards Mirpur-1.
