The Spice Girls legend is teaming up with O2 for the phone network's O2 scroll stopper, which will let users schedule a pre-recorded call from the 51-year-old star to remind them to take a break from their phones.

She said: "We've all fallen into the trap of repeatedly checking our phones and staying on them without even thinking about what we are doing, but I'm helping the nation to put a big stop to that!
