United Kingdom, May 29 -- American Airlines is set to install Starlink on more than 500 narrowbody aircraft.

The airline is launching a sweeping modernisation of its narrowbody in-flight customer experience, and Starlink is set to deliver broadband internet capable of supporting in-flight streaming, collaborative meeting tools, online gaming, and more.

Heather Garboden, American Airlines' Chief Customer Officer, said in a statement: "As a premium global airline, we are continuously seeking out world-class partners like Starlink to deliver what our customers need and want.
