United Kingdom, Oct. 8 -- Wladimir Klitschko plans to pay Hayden Panettiere's tax bill out of his own money to avoid "direct financial detriment" to their daughter.

The Nashville actress died on August 16 from an accidental overdose aged just 36, and her former fiance has detailed his plan to step in and pay out $30,000 to prevent "unnecessary interest" and additional penalties.

According to documents obtained by E! News, the former boxer - who has had sole custody of 11-year-old Kaya since 2018 - said he believes Hayden's individual state and federal tax returns are due on 15 October and he will pay them from his own pocket because as yet, no one has been appointed representative of the Heroes star's estate.
