United Kingdom, April 19 -- Vogue Williams "felt like her body failed" her after suffering two miscarriages before becoming pregnant with her fourth child.

The model and presenter, 40, announced last week she is expecting her fourth child with her husband Spencer Matthews, 37, sharing the news on social media with images from a beach in St Barts.

The couple, who married in 2018, are parents to Theodore Matthews, seven, Gigi Matthews, five, and Otto Matthews, three.
