United Kingdom, April 30 -- Ving Rhames was hospitalised after collapsing at a restaurant on Wednesday (29.04.26).

The 66-year-old actor - who is best known for playing Luther Stickell in the Mission: Impossible movie series - was enjoying lunch with his family in Los Angeles when he passed out at his table.

Sources told TMZ that Ving appeared to be in and out of consciousness and was taken to hospital by paramedics.

A spokesperson for LA City Fire confirmed to the outlet that a call for medical aid came in for a male in his 60s at around 1.40pm and the patient was taken to a medical facility.
