United Kingdom, March 26 -- Vince Vaughn thinks it has become safer for studios to finance stand-up comedy specials than risk "offending" anyone with a feature film.
The Wedding Crashers actor is concerned that the industry is trying too hard to "please everybody" so it has become "easier" to offer comedians a platform for their own shows as Hollywood bosses can simply distance themselves from the material, rather than be associated with a fictional story that could cross a line.
