United Kingdom, March 3 -- Tumblr has apologised to Halsey for omitting them from the site's 19th anniversary celebrations.

The social media platform marked the milestone on Friday (27.02.26) with a highlight reel featuring the likes of One Direction, Lana Del Rey and The Weeknd, but Halsey - who has been a staple for over a decade after connecting with fans there - wasn't included.

The pop star - who uses she/they pronouns - teasingly replied on X: "I keep your lights on for years and this is the thanks I get."

Fans joked that Tumblr is trying to "erase" them, with others said "the disrespect is insane".
