United Kingdom, March 21 -- Tia Mowry has learnt more about boundaries following her divorce from Cory Hardrict.

The 47-year-old actress will think about how confident and "secure" she feels, while keeping boundaries around anything she is figuring out, before discussing subjects, such as actor Cory, 46, whom she split from in October 2022 after 14 years of marriage, with their divorce finalised in April 2023.

Tia told People: "If I am feeling secure about something, then I'm OK sharing, because everybody wants to say what they want to say. When you are secure with yourself, then you're like, 'This is just noise.'

"If you're not secure about something and you're still working through something, then I will be apprehensive about sharing...
