United Kingdom, Sept. 7 -- Teri Hatcher is "so excited" to start a new chapter in her life with a role in The Devil Wears Prada musical.

The Desperate Housewives star is relocating to London from Los Angeles as she is taking over the role of iconic fashion magazine editor Miranda Priestly from Vanessa Williams in the West End production next month, and she can't wait to get started.

She gushed to Britain's HELLO! magazine: "I've experienced and grown so much, and I get to bring all of that into my Devil Wears Prada performance.
