United Kingdom, June 4 -- Teddi Mellencamp is in remission, just over a year after she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had been battling a "nervous, raging anxiety" after doctors decided to stop giving her monthly scans to check how her body was responding to immunotherapy but this week, she underwent checks after a three-month break, and was delighted to receive very positive news.

She said in an Instagram video: "So ever since I was diagnosed with stage four cancer, I get immunotherapy monthly.

"And I was getting CAT scans and MRIs monthly, but this past time, they decided they're going to wait three to four months in between the test. This has created such a nervous, raging anxiety...
