Taylor Swift to become youngest inductee to the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame
United Kingdom, Aug. 11 -- Taylor Swift will be the youngest writer ever inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame.
The 36-year-old singer is "very grateful" to be honoured after the organisation announced on Tuesday (11.08.26) that she will be admitted this autumn in the contemporary songwriter/artist category, while Lyle Lovett will be inducted in the veteran songwriter/artist division, Shawn Camp and Lee Thomas Miller will enter in the contemporary songwriter section, and Bruce Channel joins as a veteran songwriter.
In response to the news, Mark Ford, the executive director of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame read out a message from Taylor as he announced the inductees during a livestream.
