United Kingdom, Feb. 6 -- Tony Hawk has called out a "narrative of nonsense" and misinformation after his name was mentioned in the Epstein files.

The 57-year-old skateboarding legend has been forced to address claims one of his weddings took place on Jeffrey Epstein's island, and he has been quick to shut down the speculation.

In a strongly worded Instagram Story written in caps, he said: "Here are the facts and timelines of my nuptials. And I apologise if they don't fit a narrative of nonsense:

"1990: Married in Fallbrook, CA (at home)

"1996: Married in San Diego, CA (at Hilton Hotel)

"2006: Married in Fiji (on Tavarua Surf Island)

"2015: Married in Ireland (at Adare Manor)."
