United Kingdom, Aug. 13 -- Sir Idris Elba has "felt like an imposter" as a DJ.

The 53-year-old star - who also uses the moniker DJ Big Driis - has admitted to feeling uncertain of himself at the start of his DJing career.

Idris - who performed at Coachella in 2019 - told Interview magazine: "When I first started DJing in electronic music, I felt like an imposter because I came from hip-hop, reggae, and sound system culture."

Idris found that his various passions ultimately stem from the same "creative juice".

He explained: "When I moved to electronic music I found myself going, 'I'm a bit of an imposter,' because I'm emulating.
