United Kingdom, July 14 -- Kelly Clarkson and Sherri Shepherd are competing at the Daytime Emmy Awards after the end of their talks shows.

The first batch of nominations have been unveiled for the 2026 Daytime Emmys before the full list is announced on Tuesday (14.07.26), after the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences revealed the shortlists for four categories on Monday.

Kelly, who previously confirmed she was stepping down from The Kelly Clarkson Show, is nomination for both Outstanding Daytime Talk Series and Outstanding Daytime Talk Series Host.

Sherri, whose eponymous show was cancelled earlier this year, is also in the running for the host prize.
